For today’s post we’ve compiled a list of our favourite stores for picking up crafting bits. We love doing crafts with the children in our care, but sometimes time is limited so you need to be organised and have the materials to hand – check out these shops/online stores to inspire your crafting and stock up your craft cupboard.
Thanks to Instagram we spotted Baker Ross – a company which we’ve heard of a while back, but personally never bought from before. I ordered some great Spring craft sets before Valentine’s day – so we decorated heart shapes. I have to say I’m very impressed with the quality of the Baker Ross products. They are affordable too, head over to https://www.bakerross.co.uk to check out their products.
Baker Ross have been kind enough to offer our lovely Pocketnannies readers a 20% discount when you use the code PN20, on your order!
I find the works a great affordable option for crafting bits. If you’ve got one near you you should definitely pop in to check out their range of Easter Crafting projects. Crafting doesn’t have to be expensive. We noticed a lot of these products will be great for practicing fine motor skills with children – there are lots more advantages to crafting than you first may think.
If you haven’t come across Tiger yet, you’re missing out – Tiger has a great range of household items, but i always find their seasonal crafting products are perfect for children. You can find a great range of items such as stickers, crafting sticks, paint, paper etc etc.
We couldn’t miss Paint Sticks out of this round up, as we think they’re probably one of our favourite crafting supplies. We reviewed Little Brian’s “Paint Sticks” last year and we haven’t stopped using them since. They are a wonderful creation you can read our full review here. I have to say they make any art activity quick and easy.
What are your favourite art suppliers? Have we missed any?
Oh and what will you be making this Easter?
