Books | World Book Day 2018

It is that time of year again when we are all starting to think about costumes for World Book Day – before you press the red alarm button, you still have a week! This year the date is Thursday 1st March.

Many schools will be asking children to dress up as their favourite book character, donate a book, write a short story etc. All of this to celebrate the wonderful world of books and reading and not to forget, receiving the £1 book token. We’ve had a quick scout around for the books on offer this year. Five of which are full length stories, plus many of the short, £1 bargains.
