Do you use our ‘Hetta’s Pesto‘ recipe? We love using this recipe with our charges when we need a super quick lunch or dinner.
This time, we have a jazzed up pesto recommended to us by a friend, using mint and pea this time. It’s wonderfully refreshing!
Ingredients
A good handful of mint leaves
140g peas
A good handful of pine nuts
3 glugs of olive oil
Method
Put all ingredients into a small blitzer – I use the small cup of my Nutribullet – and blitz to desired consistancy. The pictured pesto is quite lumpy, which made a lovely difference to the normal smooth pesto.
