Activities | Father’s Day

With Father’s Day coming up on Sunday 18th June, we’ve put together some ideas of things to make with your children / charges for their Daddy.

Dinosaur hand print / foot print cards.

We saw some great ideas on Pinterest and used them as inspiration. We made a large dinosaur using our little ones footprints. (It could also be a crocodile, if Dad is a croc fan)! You can also do some lovely handprints and then turn them into dinosaurs too. With the caption ‘You’re Roarsome’ you can complete a lovely homemade card.

Lightbox Photo

Using a light box as we did below or even making a poster with words is a fun and creative way of changing something as simple as a photo into a beautiful keepsake for a special occasion. Print it out and pop into a frame for a sure to be treasured Father’s Day gift.

Shirt Card

We spotted the instructions on how to make this card here and thought it would be a brilliant card for slightly older children to make for their dads.

Personalised Gifts online:

If you’re looking for personalised gifts, we’ve recommended I just Love It previously. Here you’ll find a great selection of gifts that you can personalise for Dad.
