Recipe | BBQ Salmon Bites


4 Salmon fillets
Fajita seasoning
12 loaf wholemeal bread
1 Egg
2 tbsp Olive oil

Make breadcrumbs by placing the bread into a food processor. Cut the salmon fillets into large chunks. Roll in the seasoning, then dip in the egg and cover with the breadcrumbs.
Place the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon for about ten minutes, turning each piece every few minutes, till golden brown and cooked through.

Serve with new potatoes and veg.
