Recipes | Vegetable Based Juices

A study by Imperial Collage London published at the end of February suggests that we should all be upping our intake of fruit and veg, perhaps even striving for 10 a day. But even if that sounds impossible we agree it is a good idea to try and get in as much as possible each day. Sometimes making sure children get enough can be a struggle even if you have good eaters, so we thought we would put together a post of juice recipes that pack a punch of the good stuff.

*Playdate/After School Snack Idea*
