Recipes | Smoked Salmon & Creme Fraiche Pasta


This is a great quick and delicious recipe, you can have it on the table in 15 minutes flat (even quicker if you use fresh pasta).

Ingredients to feed 4
100g Smoked salmon
2/3 tbsp Creme fraiche
200g Pasta of your choice
200g Broccoli

Cook your pasta to the packet instructions, adding your broccoli for the last 5 minutes. Drain and place back into your saucepan over a medium to low heat. Add the smoked salmon and creme fraiche and stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes then serve straight away.
