Recipes | Fail Safe Yorkshire Puddings 


Have you ever made a delicious roast and opened the oven door to your Yorkshire puddings only for them to fall flat by the time they have reached your plate? Then you need to try this recipe! 

We have written the measurements in cups but feel free to use any size cup you have lying around, the important part is just that you use the same cup for all three ingredients. Oh and yes I do eat four Yorkshire puddings with my roast (sometimes more but shhh don’t tell anyone). 

1cup Plain flour
1cup Milk
1cup Eggs

Preheat your oven to 200C. Place a cupcake pan in the oven with a little oil/fat in each hole. Measure all your ingredients into a bowl and whisk together to make a batter. Take out the hot cupcake tray from the oven and fill each hole with a ladle full of batter, then place back into the oven to cook for 20 minutes. It’s really that easy!!
