Recipes | Hetta’s Pesto

Today we have a lovely pesto recipe for you. This is a quick and easy but super tasty addition to your meals.

25g basil
30g pine nuts
150ml virgin olive oil
50g parmesan
1 garlic clove
A little salt & pepper (if you’re happy to use it).

Blitz everything together in a blender until you are happy with the consistency.

Variations

We often…

Add spinach to pesto.

Make pesto a bit chunkier.

Serve it with salmon.

Stir it through a fresh soup.

Add some to salads or sandwiches.

Stuff chicken with it.

Freeze our pesto.
